Confidentiality
4D Organising is a confidential and reliable service. Client details are never disclosed to a third party without the consent of the client. Any testimonials and pictures which appear on the website or in advertising material are being used with the full permission of clients.

Payment terms
The first consultation at your home or business location is free of charge (up to max 30 minutes) and carries no obligation to continue. The needs of the client and the contract will be discussed and a plan of action will be created.
A typical de-cluttering & organising
project can cost anywhere from £50 to £5,000 depending on size of your premises, volume of organisational requirements, organising products and travel distance.
All payments must be made by paypal, cash, cheque or bacs. Payments are due 10 days from invoice date and are invoiced at the end of a daily session. 4D Organising will charge on ½ hourly calculations and it is the clients responsibility to keep track of the agreed time. The basic hourly rate is £25 per hour. Late or none payments may incur additional expenses.
Additional cost will occur when additional items or services have to be purchased (e.g. office material, disposal cost, storage containers etc) or additional trips and research times are required (e.g. trip to charity or auction houses). These purchases or trips will only take place after a verbal or signed agreement from the client. 4D Organising will take 30% of the selling price of any items sold on behalf of the client

Rescheduling or Cancellation
The client and 4D Organising have the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. 4D
Organising has the right to charge up to £25 per hour for a cancellation by the client giving less than 48 hours notice. 

Access
The client is responsible for giving access to working premises at the agreed time. 4D Organising reserves the right to charge for lost time and expenses. A minimum charge of £ 40 can be made for a wait for access of more than 20 minutes.

Disclaimer
4D Organising aims to provide the best possible service to clients who need to get organised and de-clutter, but cannot be held responsible if the client chooses not to reorganise and de-clutter - it is ultimately the client's choice.

4D Organising makes every effort to help clients to organise their office, manage their paperwork and de-clutter in a suitable way by working closely with them. 4D Organising cannot be held responsible for lost papers, missed datelines or breakages
 

Travel
Travel time and mileage up to 20 miles from Balfron is free of charges. Above that 4D Organising can charge 40p per mile and travel time at £12.50 per half hour
.

Insurance
4D Organising has full public liability insurance.
